This field contains Codes to support special transfer features:
Codes | Description |
3<3-way-call code> | A '3' in the first position is used to indicate to CALLMaster that
the transfer should be handled using the 3-way-call capability. Any
additional codes required to activate the 3 way call on the PBX or phone
system should follow the '3' and can contain digits ‘0-9’, Commas',' to
pause, Ampersand '&' for flash hook. Any Attendant record set for
‘Transfer’, ‘Supervised’, or ‘Screened’ can be done in a 3 way call
mode. By setting the ‘3-Way-Call Activation Code’ field to ‘3xxx...’
where '3' is the first character in the field and ‘xxx...’ represents
any additional codes the phone systems needs to activate a three way
call. For example ‘36’ means make a 3 way call and dial a '6' to
establish the three way call when both parties are ready. Attendant
Screened Calls provides greater coverage for trapping improper responses
and defaulting to reject. The call stays on the line for 1 hour or till
4 tones are pressed. |
ABS | Announce Bridged Call Start. Use this flag to play prompt 564 to
announce start of bridged call. |
ADS<DisconnectString> | Additional Disconnect String which are sent at the end of a transfer
if needed. |
AES | Announce Extension Selected. Setting this flag will announce the
extension that the caller has chosen. |
APSX<Alternate Pullback String> | Where X represents the mode of when to use the alternate pull back
string. The pullback string defined following “APSX” will be used for
this attendant record if call transfer is unsuccessful. String values
include numbers “0-9”, “&” for a flash hook, “,” comma for a pause. APSA=APS All; APSB=APS Busy; APSN=APS No Answer; APSR=APS Reject (screened reject); APSF=APS Failed (No confirmation received on screened or CHA call). |
BRG<Bridge Line #> | Used to indicate a bridged call. The Line# can identify a single
line, a range of lines or any available line used to bridge the call.
e.g. BRG2 would bridge call using line 2; BRG4-8 would use any lines
from 4 to 8 to bridge call; BRG would use any available line.
Prompt 560 to be played while call is being bridged. |
CHA | Confirm Human Answer. Used for supervised transfers only to announce
a call from CALLMaster to the called party using prompt 380 ‘Press 1 to
accept or 2 to reject a call from CALLMaster. This does not request the
name from the calling party but does require acceptance of the call by
the called party. Call reject uses the Failed Transfer Action set for Screened
Reject. |
DCAT | Don’t Confirm Alternate Transfers. If this flag is set then
CALLMaster will not play prompt “Extension is busy. Please hold while we
transfer your call” a second time after the first transfer fails and
Failed Transfer Action is initiated. |
GC2BCT | Used for T1 PRI call transfer. Used in conjunction with the BRG
code. Works similar to centrex transfer for analog, lines. The call starts just like a bridged call but then invokes a transfer ISDN packet to instruct the CO to perform the connection. Once connected the two channels used are freed up to handle new calls. |
TBC# | Timed Bridge Call where # is number of seconds. This flag specifies
the time limit for bridged call to be # seconds. A 2 second warning is
played (prompt 563) to notify parties. |
