Managing Attendant - Time Of Day
This field controls the time during which a record is in effect. The Attendant recognizes four times of day: all day, morning, afternoon, and evening. If an extension has a record for ‘all day’ and one for a specific time, say ‘morning’, the specific time record takes precedence. CALLMaster uses the System Parameters 'Morning Starts at', 'Afternoon Starts at' and 'Evening Starts at' to determine the record in effect.
Time Indicator | Description |
All Day | The record is valid all day unless superseded by another record having the same Attendant ID and one of the following times of day. |
Morning | The record is valid between the time specified by the system parameters ‘ Morning Starts At ‘ and ‘Afternoon Starts At’. |
Afternoon | The record is valid between the time specified by the system parameters ‘ Afternoon Starts At’ and ‘Evening Starts At’. |
Evening | The record is valid between the time specified by the system parameters ‘ Evening Starts At’ and ‘Morning Starts At’. This record is also used during ‘closed days’ and ‘holidays’ (see Holiday Schedule). |
