Managing Out Dial

There are several ways that you can manage the Out Dial data:

1. Via the OutcallSchedule Table in the CALLMaster database using your own macros/executables.  As the OutcallSchedule table is an SQL database table, you can create your own macros/executables to import and manage the data as required for your application. 
2. Via the CALLMaster Manager - Out Dial function.
3. Via the CALLMaster Manager - LoadPhone function.
