- ‘9’    Attendant Directory

Press nine (9) from the administrator menu to create Attendant Directory entries. After creating an Attendant record, use this function to create entries for the on-line Attendant directory

- Record Name and Alternate Message. The new name and alternate message will be accepted only if you press one (1) to accept.
- Create Directory Listing which is the numeric equivalent of the Attendant Id owner’s name.
