This field determines the mailbox's privileges.
Type | Description |
User | This is the normal mailbox. |
Option To Leave Message | In addition to the privileges a ‘user’ has, this box allows callers to hear the greeting first and then prompts them to ‘press star to leave a message for this box’ (prompt 80). |
Administrator | In addition to the privileges a ‘user’ has, administrators may create and delete boxes, and use the other features available from the system administrator menu. |
Attendant | This box type will play the box greeting and then transfer user to the Attendant. CALLMaster will transfer to specific Attendant ID if there is an ID specified in the Settings field. If not, then CALLMaster will transfer caller to the main Attendant menu. |
Audiotex | This box type will play the box greeting and then transfer user to Audiotex. CALLMaster will transfer to specific Audiotex module if there is a module number specified in the Settings field. If not, then CALLMaster will transfer caller to the Start-up Audiotex Module specified for the port. |
Browser | Not used. |
Deleted | The box will be deleted and all messages lost the next time CALLMaster is shut down. |
Deactivated | The mailbox is inaccessible, but no messages are erased. |
Announcement | This mailbox is for an announcement only and may not receive messages. |
