Output: | Once call is attempted, CALLMaster will update value to show the
status of the call. CALLMaster returns the value of this field in system variable $odstatus See below for returned values |
Value | Description |
1 | Don't Call - Do not call this record. |
2 | Call - Call this record. |
4 | Called - The call was completed. |
5 | Failed - The call was attempted, but not completed. This is due to a busy or no answer. |
6 | Expired - The call was not successfully completed by the Expire date & time. |
10 | Assigned - Record has been assigned to a line by the OutcallSchedule Dispatcher. |
11 | MultiSysAssigned - Record has been assigned to a line by the OutcallSchedule Dispatcher – only used in a multi-system environment with shared database. |
19 | Calling - The call is in the process of being dialed. If the record remains in this status, then the dialing was interrupted. This can be due to system stoppage while call is in process. |
