CALLMaster Software Criteria

There are several requirements for CALLMaster installation. Please review the criteria below. At the end of the criteria, you will need to review and agree to the terms of the CALLMaster License Agreement, complete the registration form to download the required software.

Do you have the correct operating system?

CALLMaster will run on Windows XP, Windows 7, Vista, 2003/2008 Server platforms.

Are you logged in as the Administrator?

You must be logged in as the local Administrator to install all the requirements.

Do you have 'Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1' installed?

'Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1' is a pre-requiste for CALLMaster installation on Windows XP platform. You can confirm the existence of this prerequisite program via the Control Panel‘s “Add/Remove Programs” Window. If this program is not installed, you will need to download and install this pre-requisite.

Do you have Dialogic drivers(version 6.0) and board?

CALLMaster is designed to run with a Dialogic drivers(version 6.0) and board.
Dialogic drivers must be provided by your board vendor and installed prior to installing CALLMaster software.

  • If you have purchased the Dialogic board from SpeechSoft, use the password provided to download the required drivers.
  • If you do not have the Dialogic drivers, you will not be able to install CALLMaster software.
  • If you do not have the Dialogic drivers but have a Dialogic board, contact your board vendor or SpeechSoft Sales at 914-273-5560 x2.
  • If you do not have a Dialogic board, but have installed the drivers, CALLMaster software will install but not be able to handle calls.
The CALLMaster download and installation includes SQL Express 2008 and Windows Installer 4.5.

Any previous versions of these programs must be uninstalled prior to installing CALLMaster.

CALLMaster 4.0 is not upgradable from previous CALLMaster versions.
