CALLMaster IP Software Criteria

There are several requirements for CALLMaster IP installation to integrate with your VoIP environment. Please review the criteria below. At the end of the criteria, you will need to review and agree to the terms of the CALLMaster License Agreement, complete the registration form to download the required software.

Do you have the correct operating system?

CALLMaster IP will run on Windows XP, Windows 7, Vista, 2003/2008 Server platforms.

Are you logged in as the Administrator?

You must be logged in as the local Administrator to install all the requirements.

Do you have 'Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1' installed?

'Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1' is a pre-requiste for CALLMaster installation on Windows XP platform. You can confirm the existence of this prerequisite program via the Control Panel‘s “Add/Remove Programs” Window. If this program is not installed, you will need to download and install this pre-requisite.

Do you know the proper settings for your VoIP environment/configuration?

After CALLMaster IP is installed on your computer, there is a VoIP configuration file, CMVOIP.cfg, that must be set with the required values for your VOIP environment if the default settings do not work. There are two sets of parameters that will need to be configured for proper operation.

The CALLMaster IP download and installation includes SQL Express 2008 and Windows Installer 4.5.

Any previous versions of these programs must be uninstalled prior to installing CALLMaster IP.

CALLMaster IP Software has certain restrictions if you have not purchased the software license:
