You can choose to extend the 30 days free support and purchase an Extended Support plan at time you purchase CALLMaster.
Alternatively, you may choose to purchase a support incident or a plan only if and when you need assistance.
All Support plans are applicable by individual system purchased, not on a user or site level.

You may renew your extended support contract for the same rates within 30 days from expiration of your current contract.
Support hours are from 10am to 7pm EST, Monday to Friday on non-holidays.
Custom application support (trouble-shooting custom scripts, custom database integration) is
not covered in this option.
All Support Services must be paid in advance.
